Important information about your holidays in our
alpine hotel!
• Prices are per person and day with half board and taxes
included
• Rooms are available after 2 pm; departure is before
11 a.m.
• Single room surcharge starting from 20% - 40% on normal
rates
• It is possible to book a specific room category but not a
specific number of room or floor.
• Dogs are admitted only by agreement. They have no access
to the dining area, lounge or lawn. Price per day without
food € 10,00. When necessary, final cleaning
surcharge of € 25,00
Cancellation policy: we kindly ask our guests
to inform us in due time if they have to cancel their vacation.
Please note we require 30 days notice prior to arrival to
cancel or alter your booking without any surcharge. Failure
to do so will result in the charge of the 80% of the total
amount according to price list. The same applies to early
departures.
• In order to avoid unpleasant surcharges, we highly
recommend signing up very favourable travel insurance. Further
information is available at the hotel!
• This price list supersedes and replaces all earlier
lists. Prices are subject to change without notice
• Typos and errors excepted!
• The bill can be set in cash, by cheque, EC and credit
card
• The plans of the rooms can diverge from the images
provided in these pages
Our suggestion: trip insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip.
With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered.
Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken
up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be
redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save
you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out
our trip cancellation insurance. All information is available
at this link or we send you the necessary forms together
with the confirmation of your booking.
