Your host Luis takes care of about everything at the Hirzer 2781, but during the evening he likes to mix with the guests and captivates them with his down-to-earth, personable and entertaining manner. During the day when he is not juggling numbers in the office, he can accompany you as a mountain guide in nature and, together with his son Thomas, as an expert golf companion on the green. Evelyn

Heart and soul

The heart in the right place and two ears that are especially good at listening: She keeps a clear head when managing personnel and inspires with her creative streak and empathetic, affectionate and caring manner. By the way: If you should ever ask yourself who is putting together the fragrant bouquets in the house and who designed the garden: Evelyn has the greenest thumb of all in Hirzer 2781. Everything grows, sprouts and thrives splendidly with her touch. Therefore it is no wonder that Hirzer 2781 has blossomed under her influence and has become a lively wellness oasis.

Hospitality: an art of meeting your guests on an interpersonal level and making that the reason why they want come back in the future. An art that Thomas has perfected. He has perfected his ability in some of the best hotels of the world, such as Chalet N in Lech, Villa d’Este at Lake Como or La Perla in Corvara. He enthuses our guests with his courteous, even-tempered and charming character, not only as a prospective sommelier, but also as a musician: Once a week, he covers some of the best known songs from big names in showbiz and presents a few of his own singles.

Affectionate, responsible, loyal – in short: the sunshine of the family! Carolyn studied tourism at secondary school and is currently studying at the School of Law at the University of Innsbruck. You can find her also at the hotel now and again. Her identifying feature? With her cheerful nature, she makes everything around her brighten up!
