Children's rates

0 – 3 years: 35,00 €
3 – 6 years: 55,00 €
6 – 12 years: 65,00 €
12 – 14 years: 75,00 €
14 – 16 years: 90,00 €
17 years: 70% from the adults price

We do not provide children's bathrobes.

Pets

Dogs may be brought only upon prior agreement. Per day, we add an extra charge of € 25.00 (without food). If final cleaning is necessary, we charge an additional € 25.00. Please understand that dogs may not access the restaurant or lounges, or the sunbathing lawn.

UNDERGROUND PARKING

Since spring 2022, our stylish underground parking including charging stations for electric vehicles is ready. For each room is a free garage parking space reserved.

SKI & BIKEROOM

Our spacious ski and bike storage offers you the perfect place to store your equipment safely and conveniently. 

Guest requests

We always do our best to fulfil your personal wishes. Nevertheless, we ask for your understanding that we do not offer fixed room numbers for bookings and we cannot guarantee fixed tables in our restaurant.

Deposit

In order to confirm your reservation, we request a deposit of € 200.00 via bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation conditions

Bookings can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

In case of early departure or late arrival or no-show, we charge 100% of the booked stay.

Bookings over Christmas and New Year (from 21st December 2025 to 4th January 2026) can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.

Travel insurance

Something may happen prior to the start of the holiday, but with our cancellation insurance you are financially secured. In the event that you start your holiday late at the hotel, or in case of a cancellation or you break off your holiday early, cancellation fees could be charged. In order to prevent any costs being incurred in these cases, we recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance!
