New at the Hotel Hirzer 2781: the public gourmet cuisine with the star chef Peter Oberrauch

December 19th, 2019 is our main date. From there on the star chef Peter Oberrauch will lead the cuisine of the Hotel Hirzer 2781. In the new “Gourmet Le Cheval” Peter Oberrauch and his nephew, our son Thomas Mair, will give free rein to their artistic spirit. The duo with Peter as chef de cuisine and Thomas as sommelier and service craft will surprise guests in an agreeable ambience with refined pleasures, extravagant culinary compositions and selected wines.
The main characters in Peter’s cuisine are and will be fresh and high-quality basic products. With these, he performs unique dishes from international, French, Mediterranean or South Tyrolean cuisine. He conducts all guests on a journey for all senses. As at the “Gourmet Le Cheval” every dish is a feast for the eyes. They invite you to savour every flavour and aroma to discover new fragrances. Peter Oberrauch’s secret? “Simply cook”, his answer. “And interpreting traditions in a good way”.
